Harvest Right’s new small, medium, large, & XL Home Freeze Dryer models debuted in July 2023.

At a Glance
Harvest Right quietly launched a significant update to all 4 sizes of their freeze dryers on July 1st 2023 – the XL even more silently updated about a month earlier. On August 4th of the same year, Harvest Right released an official press release calling their new freeze dryers the “Harvest Right Pro”. While going without much fanfare, the updates are not insignificant, such as an additional tray in each model size, faster processing times, improved software, upgraded internal components, etc. And prices remain the same as previous models.
